gamescom event arena is a white label concept located on the fair grounds bookable for a varitey of different events.

Service includes:

Stage:

Customizable stage including lighting and audio
LED’s and/or projections for project feeds and content
Seating
Staff work space for the booked day
Open space for own promotions (merch sales, partner stands...)

Show & stream production:

1080p60 TV production
4 cameras: 2 shoulder cameras, 1 longshot camera, 1 camera crane (exact camera setup can vary)
Integration of provided videos into the show (files delivered by client)
GFX/video integration for LED walls (files delivered by client)
Instant replay system
Livestreaming on all standard platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Twitch...)

Technical Services:

Internet connection and support of Network infrastructure and connections, incl. firewall
Power supplies for the stage, TV production and work spaces
Audio / Video / Light/ LED operation

Booking of the event arena entitles the client, as the sole organizer, to carry out a production on the fair grounds. Operational implementation is carried out by the service provider commissioned by Koelnmesse. The exact stage layout and services are subject to change. Additional services such as catering, additional IT support, the creation of video and GFX content can be booked separately, further services can be discussed upon request.

The contract for the purchase of the service is concluded as soon as Koelnmesse has expressly accepted the offer by sending a booking confirmation by e-mail. It is not possible to revoke (cancel) the booking after receipt of the booking confirmation. This means the obligation to pay the agreed remuneration in full, even if the booked services are not utilized.
